It's not the article that distressing to me. It's the comments that stresses me out. All the negative opinions, distressing views... It's not helping me to overcome the fear of pursuing this career at all!

And look at the bottom of the page, there's even a comment that said; "My friends told me to never marry a teacher, now I know why."

GASP!!!!!

I'm not worried about that point at all. Hey! Shufeng is getting married and she's a teacher right? Hahaha, have seen a couple of teachers from my temple who's married with 2 or 3 kids. They look happy enough. The point is, I personally feel, to marry someone who is as busy as you are, so that when both of you go out on a date or something, you'd treasure the times you spend together all the more. Yea.. Of course, that's the ideal situation. No plan goes perfectly in reality.

But seriously, our pay increment should be much higher. 100-200 dollars VS 10-20 percent.. Who wins? Geeeez... Do the Math MOE!
